The rate includes the average cost of electric of 5 $ per day, water usage, pool service, lawn service, local telephone calls, cable TV and wireless high speed internet access for your laptop. For additional consumption of electric we will charge 0.12 $ at kWh.
Minimum rental period: One week, Christmas and Easter 2 weeks.
Occupancy: Villa Bellevue is suitable for up to 4 adults and 2 children.
Children: Guests up to six years in age are welcome to stay for free
Payment: A deposit of 25% is due and payable immediately after we have confirmed your booking. Please pay the balance no later than 30 days prior to arrival.
Security deposit: A security deposit of $400 has to be paid with the balance. We will refund the security deposit after your stay.
Cleaning: Please pay the fee of $150 for the final cleaning to the property manager when you arrive.
Telephone: Local calls are free of charge. Fees for long distance calls will be deducted from your security deposit. For international calls, we recommend using a pre-paid phone card, available at local supermarkets.
Check in/check out times: Negotiable – we try to accommodate your flight schedule
Pets: Not permitted.
Smoking: Villa Bellevue is a non smoking property. You're welcome to smoke outside on the patio.
